Well my week started off really well and then I fell off the wagon yesterday in a big way so I'm trying to pull the rains back in today it's cake 🍰🍰that's my down fall and chocolate 🍫🍫🍫it's my second week doing this but my first slip up but I'm still carrying on as normally if this happens I give up but I'm not this time it's just a ons day moment 😆 Hope you have a good weekend too .
Hi Marv Sorry I havnt been around for a few days we all fall of the wagon and unfortunately cake and choc are the downfall for most including me but we are not expected to give up what we like otherwise this isn't going to work so we just need to incorporate what we like into trying to reduce the weight. I'm so pleased your carrying on what ever you do don't give up we are all here to support each other keep posting what ever you do. Hope your weekend has been a good weekend. x x -
Oh bettyboop64 , not been a good weekend for me I'm afraid just too much rubbish need to get myself back in the wagon it's my weigh in day tmw I hope I've not put too much back on and I'm only into my second wk 😕😮!!!! I'm going to do better as OH has booked Mauritius we go in8 weeks so I need to get myself in gear so come on Bettyboop let's do this !!!!! 👍😃
Hi Marv Just weigh tomorrow and what ever it says don't go worrying about it just start again tomorrow and just think a day at a time, this diet milarky is not easy if it was then we wouldn't be here. Do you plan your meals?? as that will help. As I have said post everyday how your doing there is always someone to help. My weigh in is tomorrow also and must admit I'm not holding my breath so will wait and see I need to put more effort in. I will look forward to seeing your post tomorrow to see how your doing. Homemade chilli - not you're normal one. I pack it with loads of celery and leeks and eat with broccoli not rice. We are lucky to buy mince beef straight from farm and free range grass fed beef.

hello Bettyboop64, todays a new day. try to build a treat into your calories so you have something to look forward to. Well done for being accountable by posting. Take time to set ourself some mini goals to achieve for over the weekend, like taking an extra walk or doing an extra 10 minutes of exercise, have a drink of water if you feel peckish. Did you have a rubbish day because you were hungry? Check that you are eating enough calories. I was surprised at how much I was allowed, in fact I couldn't manage the amount that was suggested. Wishing you a better day.
