I've just joined this site as I'm struggling with motivation to shift my baby weight... Although he's 1 now. ๐ So any tips would be great, my diet of choice is Slimming World x

Welcome. I'm sure there are several mums on here who've battled with post baby weight ... Ha, in my case my baby was 25 yrs old before I lost mine๐
Use the links you've been given above and make sure you eat near to the maximum shown for your BMI. It's important you don't go hungry or under eat, especially as you will need the energy to run after your toddler ๐
You can follow any diet you find works for you and get support here... Everyone is welcome!

All diets are based on calorie restriction in some form .
