Congratulations on your baby, how old is he/she?

If you are breast feeding you would be wise to see your doctor or health visitor to talk about loosing weight. We will encourage you all the way to your goals, but want you to be healthy for you and your family 💐

Thanks Minniewinny he is 27 months. No no breastfeeding anymore and try to go back to my pre pregnancy weight . Thank for your encouragement guys this forum is amazing
