So far lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks just by cutting my carloriesndown from 3000-4000 a day to around 1800-2200.Currently I am 14 stone 7lbs and I want to lose another stone and a half but I want to do this before my holiday in 5 weeks any more tips

Don’t rush it, it will go when it goes, what does the BMI Calculator say your calories should be?? That is the safest way of losing it and knowing that it won’t come back as you’ll change your bad habits for good ones.

Well done on how much you’ve lost already.

We never advise quick weight loss, because what comes off quickly, has a tendency to go back on quickly, especially when you cut your calories so drastically.

It would seem that you are loosing more than two pounds a week on 1800-2200 calories... which would seem surprising. ...but one can loose half a stone of gut-fill and fluid in the first week, so, perhaps, now, ¿your weight loss is about two pounds a week?

¿How much exercise do you do?

¿Where did you get the 1800-2200 numbers from?

You can calculate or fine-tune your diet|calorie intake|exercise by adjusting it to achieve your target weekly weight loss, but it would seem that you already have it sorted for two pounds a week, which is the normal recommended maximum target weekly weight loss.

As moreless has already said loosing too much weight over a short time is not good and you will probably put it back on. You have already lost a fair bit of weight and though you are going on holiday which is why you want to loose the weight by- it will probably be best to stick to loosing 1-2lb a week which will still be a good amount
