I started weight loss about 3/4 weeks ago. It started Well with nearly a stone in 2 weeks but now I am away on holiday with husband And it's all gone to pot! Everything here is unhealthy :( guess I will just have to work harder when I get home! Feeling down about it thou :(

Put yesterday to the past and start right back on the plan again by making some sensible choices, it really doesn't have to be unhealthy. You will probably be surprised when you get back home and weigh in that the damage isn't that bad. I was away for two weeks and lost 6lb what with all the extra walking and a change of my normal eating plan. Don't be too hard on yourself but get it back together!

'Everything here is unhealthy'.....where is that? When I go on holiday I love trying the local dishes and specialities. Is it the local food or is it too many meals? That's always my problem on holiday. More meals than I normally eat.

I'm in kos, Greece. I am eating breakfast and dinner so that's saved a few caleries x

Proper Greek yoghurt and figs? Lots of salad, fresh fish? The Mediterranean diet is a healthy diet, often recommended for maintaining a healthy weight. Just go easy on the booze, bread and pastries.

Greece, never been there. Olive oil, goats' cheese - can't think of anything else. I think you're on the same lines as me. We tend to have a good breakfast and then nothing else until late afternoon so, effectively, that's 2 meals a day rather than the 3 that everyone else has. It works for me.
