Love of Coconut Oil

Hello everyone, I hope your all ok & enjoying the fabulous weather ☀️☀️☀️

It's on days like today that I realise just how much I love coconut oil.

Yesterday Body Sculpt, today 13 miles in 50 mins on exercise bike ( not to bad) tomorrow Body Sculpt💪🏻🏋🏼😊

All with the help of coconut oil.

Having a belly apron & large boobs I would always get sweat rashes in hot weather or when exercising . Now not a single red mark😃

I have my 3 pots of coconut oil, one with Lemon juice added, one with T Tree oil added and the other plain coconut oil.

Love the stuff ❤️❤️❤️

Maybe should of said,

Lemon juice mixed with it lightens the skin where the bra & sweat has discoloured it😊 only do this in small amounts as it will go mouldy if not used straight away

T Tree mixed with it, will help with the redness of any sweat rash or heat sweat that may be occurring now.

Normal oil every morning on sweat problem areas. Since using have NEVER had any problems 😊👍🏻❤️

Pleased that you are finding a good use of Coconut oil Jopat, personally I like to stir fry my cauliflower rice in it to go with my curry :)

Well done on the exercise front :)

Defiantly, I mix it with a few drops of lavender for my feet.

Hi. Thanks for this tip. I do have coconut oil as I sometimes use it for cooking. How do you incorporate the lavender oil into it please - do you have to melt the coconut oil first?

Hello Hun, yes melt some oil in a plastic tub and add a few drops of lavender oil, stir, keep adding until it's to your liking then let it solidify again.

❤️
