Welcome Judiro Us "shorties" have our work cut out for bother losing weight and then keeping it off - but this is a great site and you can find all of the help, support and guidance you need here.

Perhaps joining in some of the daily threads (either the menus, daily diaries, etc) and - if you feel up to it, choosing a weigh in day so that you can report progress. I co-host the Monday weigh in, which is usually a crazy day - so many seem to have chosen Monday as their weigh in!
