It's more a sensible eating plan than a diet. Good luck!
Welcome millie76! There are so many different ways being talked about here, I’m sure you’ll find something that clicks with you. For me it’s a case of undoing bad habits which I gained after stopping smoking and drinking, I just started nibbling, snacking, usually the wrong foods and I let that carry on for a long time. Long enough to get to 11 1/2 stones, so my first action was to eliminate all baddies, hard but it got easier very quickly. I have a large appetite so use lots of varied salads to fill my plate or have as a side dish. I wish you well!

millie76 I have used 5:2 fasting as part of my weight loss. I no longer do, but I love what it taught me about food - it allowed me to regain control over eating food and gave me a real appreciation of my one 400-500 calorie meal on my fasting days. It also made me realise the difference between REAL hunger and perceived hunger.
