Hi, normally when I go to the theatre etc. I'll take mints or something similar as a snack to help me keep focus. I've got a few trips coming up and was wandering if there were any healthy alternatives to take, ideally individually wrapped and quiet to eat (e.g. not supper crunchy). TIA

HEALTHY SNACKS
I don't tend to snack, it's just that when it's a long performance in the evening so sucking a mint stops me from getting to tired and not enjoying it
If concerned’s idea is not what you want to do, how about some almonds 20g 120 Calories, be careful though not to take more than you have allowed within your plan😊
Enjoy the theatre😊
I love oat cakes. I buy the seeded ones from Aldi and they come in a big box but are wrapped in groups of 4. They’re not crunchy and they’re super filling!

Hard isn't it to sit there whilst all around you are eating and the smell ...mmm. Why not take a bag of chopped mixed fruit ? A med apple is 80 cals . If you do have any desert in the evening just count this as it . For me this is a complete lifestyle change , if I have any chance of keeping to it then sometimes there must be compromise and a few little treats .
