This week I have been doing nothing but walking and its really paid off, i was 115.2 kg when i started now i'm 113.7 kg and feeling really pleased about it.
I would encourage everyone to go on a walk for at least once a day every day, for at least half an hour as it gets you out the house, burns kcals and makes you feel good in general,
I hope to be 113.0 kg next week, small steps lead to big steps.
