I can't believe it, I've lost 4lbs this week making my total 8.5lbs in eight weeks! My dress really motivated me and now it fits so much better, the wedding is on Saturday, so pleased with myself!

Now to continue, I need to loose at least another two stone this year as I need an operation and my surgeon said my bmi should be between 25 & 30 and at the moment it's 38, however in January it was 42 so I am getting there slowly! I started trying to loose weight in January when I lost 6.5lbs but since I joined HU I have lost more in a smaller timescale, so all together I have lost 1 stone and 1lb!!!😀

Wow! Thank you, my new badge is a real inspiration! I have found everybody in the forum really kind, encouraging and positive, it's certainly helped me the last eight weeks.
