Morning everyone. What a cold one. I’m on my last week of couch to 5k. So today it will be 5 mins. Walk then jog for 30 mins. I go to the gym and do this on the treadmill. Just to say that the last jig I did was for 28 mins. And in total I did 3 1/2 km. what my question is what is the next podcast can anyone recommend as I find it challenging when someone is telling me what to do etc. What worries me now is next week I don’t have anything. Can anyone please advise me of a good one. Thank you x

My best advice for you, Chris, is to join the C25K forum and the Bridge to 10K forum, they're the experts :)
