Hi guys, hope you are all well? Just so excited I have just completed my 3rd week on this run, being so overweight and being able to follow plan is encouraging . I Feel fitter and can run for much longer. I look forward to this everyday or two. I recommend it.

Hi, not seen you around much. You joined a few months ago according to your post, how is your weight loss going? I am doing couch to 5k as well. I keep repeating week 2 as I don't feel ready for week 3.

Hi dear, I am here now as i understand how it works. It became clearer when I started running and the app told me to share with this group. I move to week 3 because it is still very gentle and not too different from week 2. I feel very energetic and can run much further. I have not been so good with my portion but since I started the run I feel much more motivated and a bit more focused. 2kg off in 3 weeks.

I am looking at shedding over 30 kilo. I do not know how I got here but hoping to keep going.
