Been there, well near enough anyway. I'm down to 13 stone 5 1/2 pounds now. It has taken a while, over 4 years, but to begin with I think I was just 'playing' at losing weight. Since June last year I have really worked at it. Though I still have my off weeks. I have a feeling this could be one of them. Some weeks the weight refuses to go. I've found this especially so since I started on the 10000 steps a day. Apparently I should be upping my calorie intake, so will do so this coming week.
