Hello Hidden and welcome.
A lot of people here use the NHS 12 week plan which is calorie counting, using the NHS BMI calculator to get your personal calorie range - if you haven't already checked it, you'll probably be surprised by how high it is but do go with it.
This forum is full of ideas and encouragement. One of the admin team will be along shortly (if not already) to give you an official welcome. Follow up on the links they give you, find your way around and get involved. Good luck
Thankyou for your advice,I’m up for the calorie counting ,looking forward to getting healthy and feeling better in myself.😁

Hi Ann29
For me and I hope you do the same , im going to fight my corner , and as I said to myself I don't need all what I eat . More homemade soup , different vegetables each time , so I get difftrentI tastes . Rice cakes , and crumpets no butter instead of bread , smaller dinners , I lost a 1lb this week , it's a start , and many more changes as time goes on xx
