Hi everyone I go to slimming world and I have lost 3lbs this week making it a total of 2 stone 9 lbs since the summer of 2017. I Really started to knuckle down in December after being told my cholesterol was high, was given statins and I had a bad reaction to them. Now I have found out I have acid efflux.
