Hi I am a newbie. I was using another app and have lost 3lbs last week. I found this app yesterday and I am so pleased I did. I love the way you can record calorie intake and activities done on a daily basis. As I am in full-time employment I find food preparation a bit of a chore so I have chopped up my salad and have stored it in a compartment dish to serve up with a protein and wholesome carb as I need. Hope this tip is helpful to others.

Hi Louisthecat I'm sorry to hear about your situation. No doubt your PTSD is having an impact on your eating habit.

It maybe helpful to keep reminding yourself that overeating or comfort eating is only going to make your situation worse as you'll end up with another problem to deal with.

Focus on the positive things in your life and remember everyone faces difficulties in their lives. Focus on being happy no matter what life throws at you. It's all about how you can control or thoughts and occupy yourself in such a way that whatever that is troubling you gradually fades away.

Keep your chin up and smile no matter what. 😊

Take care

Best wishes
