Well here I go again .... new year determined to lose weight but this time I don’t want to spend weeks putting money into a slimming club membership!
I’m realistic in my goals and just want to eat a healthy balanced diet, increase my exercise and improve my general fitness whilst enjoying my life as a 56 year old wife, mother and grandmother and part time nhs administration worker (which all adds up to a pretty busy life!)
