I got back to a healthy BMI today. Just. That's the first time since September last year - and I haven't really been doing anything different over that time. To be honest I think it's the time of year, I always find it easier to lose in spring and summer and my weight always creeps up over autumn and winter. But celebrate the good things - eh? I'm quite chuffed really!

Healthy BMI achieved
Wow, JaySeeSkinny - this is really great news! Congratulations on achieving a Healthy BMI today. Glad you're feeing chuffed, that's a great feeling!
Zest
wow, that's great. would be interesting to see if you do things differently, know I'm drawn to comforting food in winter and move more in the warmer weather. well done
If I'm REALLY dedicated and use MFP religiously I can lose in the winter months, but years of fighting with weight have taught me that it is easier when the days are longer. I suppose I do crave stodgy food when it's colder and I am less active - even though I try to walk and run as much as ever.
This last weight loss journey started in Jan 2015 and I had lost 40lbs to get to "normal" weight by October 2015. Winter saw me put some back on again, the summer of 2016 got it off again and I'm repeating the process again this year. As long as I hover around a healthy BMI I think I should be content and consider myself a maintainer. But it is a constant battle😩
Well done, I am sure you are due much more credit than you are giving yourself!
You really should be chuffed, WELL DONE YOU🌼🌻🌼🌻🌼
Well done, what a great feeling that must be!!
Absolutely fantastic JaySeeSkinny you must be over the moon getting back to your healthy BMI, well done!
The stubborn 800g has been dispatched! But I understand your bemusedness. I also lost half a lb this week without really knowing why apart from it was a "good week". I think being on the cusp of healthy bmi is fine, it's just a number. Nice to be below but not so bad being slightly above either. Hope this is a sign of good things to come this summer though
Yay! Well done JZ! If you lose a little in the spring and summer, it is not really a problem that you gain a little in the autumn and winter. Just keep it up! When you weigh in, you should not compare to last week, but same week last year.
