Not much as it was a really busy family time. Back to being disciplined with calories and exercise from today so should not take long to lose weight gains. How about you? EJ

I didn’t even count the calories last week. I know I put weight on! But this week I need to stay focused.

I am back to work tomorrow. I will try my best.

Well, that's a positive! See if you can build on that tomorrow. Brie cheese is a problem for me, and yes I had a big chunk of it yesterday.

Oh well, start again today.. (I'm in Australia so my day is just beginning).

Rest easy and do a bit better tomorrow, that's all we can strive for.

That’s true. We must stay positive. Tomorrow is another day. What are your thoughts on fruit smoothies with yorgurt and alpo milk.

I avoid fruit, I sometimes have a few berries but for me there's too much sugar in fruit and it's all about cutting the sugar and carbs..I stress that this is my way and it may not be your way. Milk I don't drink either because of the sugar. I will have cream in my coffee though. So no, I wouldn't have have fruit smoothies.

Ok cool. For me I feel it’s sweet that’s why I asked the question. One time at slimming world my friend outbonmy weight after eating lots of fruit Salad. I will eat fruit but make the smoothie like a treat maybe once a day or once every two days.

I have smoothies made with banana, berries, yoghurt and sometimes add in avocado and spinach, neither of which you can taste but they add in some great nutrients and are yummy and filling for a breakfast. I don't do it every day, but when I don't do that I eat yoghurt with berries and oats and omega seeds, just as good and also very filling :)

Yes 1.5 lbs but not quite so cocky this week. Littler over 18 hours to SW weigh-in so working real hard to get my official 2.5 stone award at SW and a week to loose another 2 lbs to weigh in at the NHS type 2 diabetes clinic at a 3 stone loss on the 10th Jan. Can he do it he wonders - OMG.

I lost two pounds, despite my best efforts to put everything back on. Lovely food but lots of walks too! Back on it now though. Stollen is a distant memory!
