If you can download apps then use myfitnesspal measure your steps, put in your food and works out carbs, fats, protein and macros. Free. Try cut down on added sugar.

We all love our food, but I have learn its possible to love food but still lose weight, it’s a question of portion control. I treat my calorie allowance the same way as money, I can’t have everything!!

More water has helped me stopped me overeating too.
