HRT and weight gain.

I am 53 and have put on 3 stone in 3 years, since I started my menopause. Will hrt help me? I'm so depressed but only with my weight I just feel so uncomfortable.

Hormonal changes can make weight loss more difficult, we also slow down which doesn’t help. Certain foods can also be problematic, sugar in particular makes my symptoms worse. But weight loss is still possible Victoria20 so please don’t give up hope 😊
