Lifestyle, diet, alcohol 🍷 intake, lack of activity because of an injury. A pound heavier at 14 st 3 lbs. I have a fairly sedentary week ahead too. Ain’t easy but I’ll keep trying.

Well done that you're not giving up, we only fail when we stop trying.

Not long after I joined here someone thoughtful replied to a post of mine with the following...

If you always do what you've always done then you'll always get what you've always got.

I've recited that to myself ever since.

Best thing is to keep trying. You may need to give some serious thought to alcohol or other sugar based drinks as there are carbohydrates and do nothing to aid weight loss. They usually lead to you wanting more carbohydrates too.

Ta Ceals. Ye booze not good I know. Thing is it’s been all celebratory, but think I’ve a chance to cut back over next few weeks! I’ll try to fit in some exercise sessions around my dodgy ankles! Cheers. Cb
