My first week and I didn’t lose, in fact I put on a pound I don’t think the Indian I had on Saturday helped !! And also I haven’t started any exercise, the rest of the week was ok !! But I’m back to it tomorrow !! Need a bit of motivation lol !! 😂😂🤦♀️🤦♀️

Week 3 and I haven’t but I do know I can feel my ribs and bottom tightening and muscle in the back of legs getting stronger
me too. Think about the word diet and my body just wants rubbish. Was good yesterday and im going to be good for the week now. We can do this
I know exactly what you are saying, I joined three weeks ago, went to the gym twice, had a great week, then as usual I fell back into bad habits.and think this is hopeless,
weight loss is more down to what you eat than the exercise you do Mammy. Just keep making small changes, they all mount up and it will become the norm - it is not hopeless as long as you keep on keeping on

Reading this has just given me the boost to keep going!! I started roughly a month ago (just cutting down rather than dieting) since adding exercise my weight loss has stalled but I am starting to feel better. I still have a take away on a Saturday night but choose healthier, I feel abit up and down but am determind to keep going. Good luck everyone!
chin up millie76, it will get better. once you have gotten into the habit of weighing your food and writing down all you eat, it will get better!

Have a look at a post I made a few days ago. I was feeling so despondent 😭 but the lovely people on here, helped get my head in the right place. I started again on Monday after joining a month ago. Since then I have managed to stay on track, but what's really helped is planning. I have a busy job and 4 young kids. I have been food prepping the night before.
I'm trying to be more active on here, but don't feel pressurised, just do what you can. Baby steps. Good luck xx
