I'm on week 10 of my 12 weeks. This week I've lost 1.5kg....that's 3lbs, and altogether over the ten weeks I've lost 13.7kg, that's 2stones and 2lbs! I'm very pleased with that. I feel better, and am going to carry on after the 12 wks because I have a lot to lose. So I need to carry on. π

I am just about to start the plan.any suggestions to follow. Whenever I start to excercise my feet and ankles start to really hurt and I get a burning feeling in them plus I get very breathless quick any advice
Thanks firetrap π I'm not so good at giving advice but I would say that it's important to take it slowly if you hurt, and remember that ANY exercise is better than none at all. Hope you feel better soon. Have you told your doctor that you're having this trouble exercising? Do they have any advice for you? It took me quite a while to get started and it was a slow process, because I have arthritis but I do think it's helped it a little - especially my knees and hips. I guess losing the weight has helped a bit too.

Well done, that is a brilliant loss. I am also up to week 10 and am doing well too. I plan to continue after the 12 weeks also and am going to do the re-boot challenge starting at week 1 again.

Hi, sorry I am not on here very often so just seen your post. More less has put the link on below but it's just restarting the 12 week challenge from week 1 again. Think I am going to do it, if anything I love using the food and activity charts. I find them really helpful to see how I am doing through the week.
