I'm sending you a massive amount of encouragement. It's in fact the largest amount of encouragement ever sent to another in the history of encouragement sending!
Joking aside I think for many it's finding a routine. Something that's personal rather than trying to over do it by following others plans. For me it 3 meals a day with the odd treat.
For example I'm saving my meal time for the Bristol City home game tonight. Here I'm going to have a pork roll, a mars bar and coffee. The mars is my treat and it's just the one bar and not 4 or 5 which was the norm.
One other thing is I'm learning that hunger pangs are not real hunger. A cup of tea mid morn sends them running.
