I am nearly at the end of my first week. I have done fairly well and I think I have stayed more or less around the calories I am allowed. It is difficult to be accurate. I am walking as much as I can and I have learnt portion control in the first week as stated in the first week of the NHS diet. I used to eat everything on the plate as not to waste but now I leave some or dont out so much on my plate to start with .
Good luck everyone
