Hi I need your help to lose weight ASAP!! I've lost confidence and can't deal with my weight anymore feeling sick of myself. Everything I concentrate on losing weight I get off track cuz something comes up and it's putting me off. I really need to lose weight please help guide me please tell em any tips of what I can do to stay on plan thank u 😊
