Hi im Chris, i first posted in the monday weigh in 7 weeks ago tho i noticed i joined last year! So i thought it was about time i joined in the chat! Well im a 44 year old mum of 2, first started trying to get fit last september by doing zumba classes. Earlier this year i realised i had to sort out my diet, so i have been playing about with clean eating and calorie counting and have lost 10lb in 7 weeks! I try to exercise daily during the week and have a golden lab who needs a lot of walks. I have been doing home dvds such as jillian michaels 30 day shred and jessica smith on youtube and last week i felt confident enough to join a gym with lots of classes. Also my husband and i started week 1 of couch to 5k last week so we are starting week 2 tonight.
Will try to join in more but have been reading a lot of posts over the last few weeks which have inspired me xx
