Hi I'm Simon, from the Sedgley area. Been on a health kick since 1st Jan and lost 2.8 stone at the moment in around 7 weeks. Need to lose a further 3 or so stone so long way to go. Days getting motivated is hard and looking for any new way to keep interested and focused. Find its easier with help and support! Get in touch anytime and together we can hopefully achieve our goals

Thanks. Not been easy and found that I definitely need some form of exercise to help assist the weight loss. New to calorie counting and didn't realise how many calories are in some foods!!! I know what you mean about the cold...does kill some of that motivation especially in the morning!!

It will. Be positive. Just feeling better in the changes but don't be guided by scales...I ignored the scales for 2 weeks before I braved it...numbers going up and down can get you down! Good luck! Go for it!! X

If you average it yes...however never like that...one week I lost more and others less!! Ups and downs as with every healthy eating plan...I still have alot to lose but I do the exact same...small manageable goals and ignore the big numbers...👍🏻keep it up x

Hi Simon, that's great, how did you do it, wish i could get motivated and lose some weight 2 or 3 stone would be good for me, used to o swimming 3 or 4 times a week, but not been since off work with depression last September, and still off
