I work shifts so I can be eating my main meal anytime between 10:30am and 3pm- if I managed to go in the morning I have 2 split breaks 30mins each (I work from 7am-7:30pm), but if its really late I take the full hour for my second break i have snacks- yoghurt, cereal bar and/or fruit depending on my calories and the when i get home at 8pm- soup, sandwich, veggie burger or hotdogs and bun(s). It depends on what facilities you have available such as fridge or/and microwave
