Have 4 stone to lose. Will need to do this through diet, walking and positive thinking. Looking forward to reading everyone's stories and taking note of any tips and advice.

We granny’s can do it. I am a granny too and have turned my health round by diet and walking. I had about 3.5 stone to lose and I’m within spitting distance

I’m going to make the coq au vin from the recipe book tonight and serve with celeriac mash

It’s really worth getting the recipe book for the 8 week BDD as all the family like them

Hi welcome.you come to the right place .this diet and forum is great. It do work and with heathly changes and excercise.all i done at start eas walking and increases as i started feeling fitter.measure your self as well.because sometimes you might have stayed the same but lost cms of .every pound i lose i put s pound in my pot.to treat myself as i start to lose.good luck xxxxx
