Hi all, I have just joined today. I am currently inactive due to having surgery a few weeks ago. All went well but I cannot exercise for at least 12 weeks, apart from gentle walking. I need to lose weight, but now we have planned a holiday over Christmas so I really need to do it now! I am 5 ft 3 and 11 stone. Ultimately I would like to get down to 9 stone, but initially need to lose a stone. Any help would be appreciated!
