Well today has been my rest day but sadly I woke up this morning with pains in my left ankle which have hurt during the whole day While walking around. I have been busy all day and will have some ibuprofen when I get home in the next half a hour.
I feel I have pushed myself hard enough this week so far and need today as a rest day otherwise I would of burnout if I pushed myself too hard.
I think my body is kind of speaking to me to hold back a little to recover for the next 2 days before powering on forward so Friday I will not be doing any power walking but I will be watching what I eat and doing a gentle walk to the shops only.
Sadly I kind of caved in last night and had 3 Sausages dipped in my cheese spread.
Call it a midnight snack but I should be trying to avoid this and cut the snacking out but I fell on my own knife on that one π
Hopefully carrots and cucumbers too the rescue over the weekend because they saved me last weekend when family members where jumping all over crisps and toffee popcorn.
I like my idea *patent pending* of fiery carrots π₯
Carrot sticks with chilli and jalapeΓ±o put round them.
They really work as a good way to curve your hungry but they do burn a bit when coming out the other end tho to be warned!
Overall I am looking forward too the weekend and reading other people's journeys on here.

Breakfast: cornflakes with sugar.
Lunch 2 sausages, carrots and cucumbers
Dinner: chilli con carne *hot.
Snacks: 3-4 sausages dipped in serious strong cheese spread. 1 sausage is unaccounted for because I can't remember eating it π
