Well I am halfway through what I would call my last power walk of the week. Currently resting on a bench at the moment.
Unfortunately twice this week I have put my underwear on the wrong way (boxers) before going to work and realising mainly because of how tired I have been physically and mentally but have had a very positive working week tho with lots of work done in my active job and laughs along the way with work mates.
What's been great is I am starting feeling the difference in my strength just from walking a 1 hour to 1 hour 30 mins each night. It feels fantastic to be able to walk fast for longer again!
My only concern tonight is that I have planned to snack on carrots salad and chilli mix tonight a little as a treat!
The combination probably wouldn't win a mishlan star but I think it will be a fun packed snack with a bit of heat.

Just read this and laughed out loud at you wearing your pants back to front (or inside out?), not once but twice. You are really motivated to be going on such long walks at the end of the day when you are tired. So glad you are beginning to feel the benefit.
Your snack sounds interesting. I love carrots to munch on and salad but not too sure about the chilli with it. Probably too hot for me as a snack, although I do use chilli a lot in cooking. Hope it doesn't give you indigestion!
Have a great weekend SilverSpeed and keep on walking those pounds off. Stay strong, EJ.
Thank you NannyEJ yes it was a moment I would keep too myself but thought it would be a good bit of good comedy from my embarrassing moments this week.
Yes I ended up having a ham, salad, chilli and branston pickle sandwich and will snack on the carrots later.
I feel very tired now but the reward was worth it. Still alcoholic free after a month and a week so I am hoping my weigh in on Sunday comes back just as good as I feel hopefully south of 110kg
Wow, no alcohol for 5 weeks, really well done. It's just full of empty non-nutritious calories so you are better off without it, or at least cutting right back. I found cutting out the lager and wine made a big difference to my ability to lose weight. Let's hope you get good results on Sunday for all your efforts. Have a good night's sleep to recharge and then you should have more energy for tomorrow. EJ
