Hi I've lost 3 1/2 stone in 15 weeks with Weightwatchers and my goal is to lose another 9 stone by Dec 2019 which is when I'll be goin on a trip of a lifetime for my 50th birthday, I'm also tying in a lot of walking into my day and managing approx 22 miles per week I'm not a 'gym' type of person so hoping the brisk walking is enough exercise to go with my diet Any thoughts??

Hi Julieb502019 and welcome to the weight loss forum.

Well done on losing 3 1/2 stone so far and good luck with your goal for 2019. Walking will help with your weight loss, I'm not in a gym either and do a lot of walking and have lost 5st over the last year so it can be done.

Wow 3 1/2 stone! Well done Julieb :)

Good to see your plan working for you. If it's working I wouldn't mess too much with it unless you hit a plateau.

If it aint broke, don't fix it. Love that saying :D
