Thanks for hosting Sherlock20! I’ve just come to the end of my first week - I’ve only just really discovered this group; looks like it’ll be a huge help to me. Anyway I’ve lost 2lb at end of my fist week...I’ve been a yo-yo dieter for probably 15 years. Totally fed up with myself so last week decided enough was enough.
Started at 13 stone 7
My initial goal is to get back to seeing 12 something on the scales (think I’d cry if I saw that again 😂) but my overall goal is to get at least 2 stone off. I feel so unhealthy and just not great at all - so here I go 😊
Not sure if I’m using this Group/app right so please someone tell me if I’m not!
