Hi. This is my first time on here & I have no idea how it works. I am hoping that I can get some inspiration from people who feel similar to myself as I find it really hard talking to family and friends. I have 3 stone to lose following having my now 2 year old little girl & due to existing back conditions I am sadly limited on what exercise I can do.

Fortunately, weight loss is more about what you eat than how much you exercise

Hi Bianca1982 - my baby is seven and I am still trying to get to my weight before her 😂 Don't worry about exercise too much, get the portions and sugar under control first. But also do not underestimate the calorie busting power of a brisk walk! Good luck
