So hungry today, dinner won't be ready till later so I've had a slice of multi seeded toast, peanut butter and small amount of banana to calm down my hunger pangs - it worked and was delicious and came in at 204 calories.

Does anyone else have any yummy snack ideas for when hunger strikes 🙂

Believe it or not I find a handful of whole almonds helps too. I eat them one at a time and they stop me snacking on rubbish.

I don't do snacks, but if I'm really hungry, I'm more likely to go for nuts, cheese, or coffee with double cream, Kate.
