Could people look at the following link which shows you a natural fat free Greek yogurt and point out anything that may have given me intense hunger minutes after?

There's not enough carbs and protein. If both were a little more, you may not be as hungry right away.

What would I be better having?

Higher carb and higher protein together. Both are too low and is making you hungry very fast. You need something that is in the middle.

I'd even added protein powder

That's good, but also get some yogurts that have extra protein and carbs. for on the go or when you can't be at home. You don't want to have problems away from home.

How high should carbs and protein be together?

Protein: 10, carbs.: 17.

Should this apply to meals too?

Depends on what you want to eat.

So should carbs and protein be the same in yogurt

Yes, but it depends on the brand you want to use.

Hi are you having anything else to eat along with your yogurt?

I had some fruit and even some protein powder mixed in

What was your breakfast? How many carbs. did you have for it? Depending on the food, it could also make you feel hungry afterwards if it wasn't enough. Plus, you do need to have protein and carbs at each meal and snack so you don't end up having hypos. during the day.

Sorry i saw that you had some fruit and protein with your yogurt, i meant was that all you had , and which meal was it. I think i would be extremely hungry if that was all i had for any meal, unless it was a snack between meals?

It was a snack x

Sorry, I'm confused! What else did you eat today apart from a yogurt?? As part of a healthy diet and sensible eating, why would you need to add anything to it?

Try Skyr, fat free, reduced sugar, high protein. I find it filling on it's own.

Thank you for the informative reply x

Hi Pheonixjo I believe that full fat Greek yogurt is better for you, as it keeps you feeling satiated for longer. Plus it has very little sugar if any! Where anything that says low fat has more sugar in it. And we all know what sugar does to you! For my breakfast some days I have full fat Greek yogurt with apple pear a satsuma and a few almonds for added crunch. It keeps me full until lunch time 😃 I hope this helps you.
