Hi and welcome Burgpa
There are different sorts of exercise to do, what ever you fancy really, here's a few walking, hoola hooping, Skipping, Join a gym, Couch to 5K (C25k) Only you know you and can decide what exercise to do, unless you go to a personal trainer at a gym etc. Don't forget strength exercises too
Me - I walk, I tried C25k but I have weak ankles so it didn't suit me

Hi me and my husband have looked through all the you tube exercises and favour heart and soul a husband and wife who do them together for all levels and I love Lucy Wyndham reed when on my own. We do one in morning then try and go for a brisk walk then I do arms exercises while soaps are on. We been cutting out all processed food and rubbish and have lost half a stone each in four weeks and feel loads better. It takes motivation but you can just get up and follow your tablet. Smart TVs or phone whenever the mood takes you. We are 61 and 62.
Some good replies there Burgpa Try and ensure that whatever you do, that you enjoy it. Life's got to be enjoyable.
