I've had a great 2 days with my new approach and mindset with the help of finding this programme. I have been awayour training and normally use this as an excuse to gorge myself. Not this time. Stayed within my calories. Did mindfulness eating and even squeezed in 15 minutes of leg lifts while waiting on my taxi. I feel back in control of my relationship with food. Amazing.
