Bedroom fitness

Hi all,

As I'm in supported living I usually do my best to keep healthy and one thing I do before I sleep at midnight is I do " bedroom fitness " I usually see my trousers fall down when I'm doing the hoovering which is done daily, as I said I take medication for my special needs and I really do think it makes me put on weight. So on the 1 st of January 2017 I made my new year resolution to lose weight by doing these exercises I can do the four bananas,

On the floor and cycling without a bike on the floor, sit ups on a sofa which is hard however I weighed myself on Friday and found out that I'm only 97lbs that means I have lost 4 lbs.

Hi Becky, thanks for sharing,I have a similar workout,cycling on floor,one of exercise ,also with a chair,and stretch yoga,going to start pre-bed 20mins of same,good luck with altering size of trouser waist!

Hi Becky,

Well done with the weight lose. Lovely to read your post, your probably right your medication causing weigh gain in the past . I gained 5 stone from medication, I am starting to take control again, exercise and eating healthy improve my mood. X
