In this past week 16th-23rd September, I lost 2lbs. However, I was too busy with GCSE drama that I did not go jogging. I lost this through dieting alone. Within the past couple weeks I have lost 5lbs. I know it might not be much as could be more if I jogged, but I’m happy with the results. I bought myself a basketball recently and I’m going to go down to my local park and play some basketball as I really enjoy the sport, I will also take my dog down and run around with him.
This will take time, but it will be worth it in the long run. I also have been eating healthy for the past couple months and don’t crave sugar, I see it as the enemy. I now crave fruits and veg. 😃

Your diet will account for 80% of your weight loss and exercise is better thought of as a way to get healthier, fitter and to give you the feel-good factor, so you keep up with the healthy eating and have fun with your dog and your basketball
A pound or two a week is plenty to lose, you are doing really well. Gentle and steady loss, allowing your body time to adjust and your brain to cement the new habits, means you are more likely to succeed long term. From earlier posts you sound very sensible, and I'm sure you are taking care of all the vitamins and minerals that your still developing body requires, which will be different from oldies like me. Good luck!
Thank you. I am taking it steady and it is actually quite fun somehow. I even feel healthier and really don’t crave sugar. It’s surprising how much weight you can lose just through dieting alone 😃
