Weight loss slow

I had weighed myself a few weeks ago and dipped in and out this site, but decided to start a healthier lifestyle a week ago. Down 2lb but thought I might have lost extra in my first week! It's a start in the right direction, I will need to focus on the next 5lb which will take me down to the next stone bracket.

Just keep going, weight does up and down sometimes but just stick at it.
