Newbie at the start!!

Hiya! I'm 44, male, have a sedentary job working in the community. I work mornings&evenings so am single and balancing eating and work is a problem. I came from catering working physically 8-10 hours to the job I have not sitting in my car a lot driving and eating badly. Help!!😃
