I’m 20.13 and a half pounds now and feeling like I’m a letdown this week , however , I’ve been out for two celebratory family meals and have stilllost exactly one stone since the new year , I’m trying not to beat myself up but it is what it is and I’ll get back on plan tomorrow x🙂

Welcome, and hold on to the last bit where you said you’ve lost a stone since New Year. That's a lot -14 packs of butter, gone, so well done. You are allowed to enjoy life so really don’t beat yourself up over celebrating with family. Get back to what you were doing and focus on your next milestone. You’ve got this x

Hey, don't be too hard on yourself! Losing exactly one stone since the new year is a fantastic achievement. It’s normal to have weeks where things don’t go exactly as planned, especially when you’re celebrating with family. The important thing is that you’re aware and ready to get back on track. Remember, progress isn’t always linear. You’ve shown you can make great strides, and one week doesn’t define your journey. Enjoy the moments with your family, and focus on your goals. You’ve got this!
