It's been such a busy eight weeks and I have come to a halt with my exercises. Although I continue eating healthy with less carbs, I am not losing any weight at all. So frustrating for me!

Hi Dubem have you re visited the BMI calculator and checked your calorie range? Remember to eat toward the higher range - also re-visit what foods you have eaten and portion sizes

As Mr Macawber would say consume 100 calories expend 99 = weight gain and misery , consume 100 calories expend 101 = weight loss and happiness .
So plan your food intake, count calories in food and drink honestly and get active

I am not measuring gram by gram but really cut out carbs except from vegetables like butter but squash or beetroot. I agree i need to watch portions of even the healthy foods .
