I was just curious if no snacks or a limit of snacks produced good weight loss?

No snacks = weight loss?
I would say that snacking is a personal choice Jo and OK, as long as they're kept within your calorie allowance and aren't unhealthy alternatives, to a balanced and nutritious diet
I personally don't do a lot of snacking, only resorting to a handful of nuts and some celery sticks, on the rare occasions I feel hungry between meals
I hope this helps
I agree with moreless . If you stay within your calorie allowance and choose healthy snacks, it won't slow down your weight loss. My favorite is carrot sticks and two tablespoons of lowfat hummus - that is less than 100 calories. Also have a look at these 100 calorie snacks; nhs.uk/Livewell/loseweight/... for inspiration
I don't think it makes much difference. It's whatever works for you! No snacks = bigger meals. Lots of snacks = all day grazing. The one that's best is the one that makes it easier for you to stick to your plan.
I started out with lots of snacks throughout the day and now I don't really snack at all. (This is because I'm intermittent fasting and only eat within an 8 hour window, not because I have anything against snacking). I think the main difference isn't the weight loss but the quality of my meals. I eat the same calories overall but I get plenty of healthy fats, for example, because I'm not trying to save calories for a candy bar. Healthy fats are filling so I feel full most of the time (I'm only really hungry in the morning, before it's time for breakfast).
Hi, I have to confess, I am a snacker I have been doing good on my weightloss journey, but must admit that the snacks I have are definitely included in my daily calorie count. I also try to limit the snack to elevensies and afternoon tea time I have my main meals and try not to snack after supper.
Hope that helps
Have a great time:
I have loads of snacks and still loose. It's all about calories and good choices.
