Hiya! I started the nhs 3 weeks ago,having been on the weightwatcher diet beforehand. In the first week i had lost 6 lbs but i havent lost anything since and i am starting week 4! I have been very strict and stayed within the 1400 cals a day. Any ideas or help?

It's very important to exercise a bit every day for at least 30 min. I think that's what makes the difference. Or maybe you are eating meals high in sugar and carbs (pasta, rice, cereal...), which would make your body retain water. Don't give up and think that at least you are not putting more weight on!
In my case, I'm losing weight slow but steadily. I'm being patient.
Remember to do extra exercise...walking...stair climbing...try to grill or bake in oven food...try not to add extra dressings or ketchup...so sweet..and swap to low spread.on toast...

Youre not alone i'm in my fourth week now and have just lost 2lbs to date. Think i might be in for a long game
Have you much to loose ? Maybe you reached the plateau stage early. Go for walks etc.
